Breakfast Ideas : 350 Calories or less!!!

I am back with my another post and that is for the fitness freak and office going people who hardly get any time in the morning to take care of their eating habits.So I am here with the breakfast ideas which you can have in the morning without any guilt of getting fat because its just 350 calories or less!!! Whoalaaaaa ☺️✌✌✌







Receipe # 1 Tortilla Egg wraps

For this you need:
  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Scarmbled eggs
  • 1oz low fat cheddar
  • handful baby spinach 
  • 2 TBS Salsa sauce or pizza  sauce
Instructions: Take your tortilla sheet and spread the pizza or salsa sauce over it with the help of a spoon.Next, chop some baby spinach over it and spread the scrambled eggs on the sheet. Now, grate the cheddar over it and roll it and your tortilla wrap is ready to go into oven for 2-3 mins or you can simply cook in the pan for just 5 mins.



Receipe # 2 Crunchy munchy

For this you need:
  • 2 brown rice cakes
  • 1.5 tbs honey
  • 1.5 tbs chopped peanuts
  • 5.3 oz fruity Greek yogurt
Instructions: Take a bowl and crush the brown rice cakes , just mix everything together , I.e honey, peanuts and yogurt and Whoalaaa your breakfast is ready to go in the tummy ☺



Receipe # 3 Shake it up

For this you need:
  • 1 cup of original almond milk
  • Half a banana
  • 1 spoon protein powder
  • Some ice cubes
Instructions: Just put everything together in a blender jar and your drink is ready!!!


Receipe # 4 Oats with twist

For this you need:
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbs of peanut butter or crushed peanuts
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon 
  • 1 Tbs of honey
InstructionsBring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1/2 cup oats and reduce heat to medium; cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add the crushed peanuts or peanut butter, honey and sprinkle some cinnamon over it and enjoy your breakfast!!!!
